Big patch to refactor out all the treebuilding operations into their own class. All parser unit tests still pass OK, so, if people are happy with the approach I have taken, the next job is to clean up the interfaces a bit and implement more treebuilders e.g. for miniDOM (should be easy, with the current interfaces at least) or for elementtree (could be harder).
