Bug Description

A. Want to create a local template:

1. click on "add template"
2. enter template information in popup
3. click save
   -> popup closes, nothing else happens, no template created

B. Thought "ok, maybe the market url setting disturbs a local template function"

1. remove market url
2. enter market tab
   -> error popups, saying "no templates found, maybe the market is at maintenance?"
   and back to A, no local template createable

Bug or Feature? How can I create a local template with my settings for deployment of my server instances?
