JoshuaPawlik/README.md

👋 Hi, I’m Joshua

I’m a software developer focused on building practical, reliable systems using JavaScript, Node.js, and Python. I enjoy working on projects that sit at the intersection of software, infrastructure, and real-world workflows. Especially where custom tooling is more effective than off-the-shelf solutions.

What I work on

  • Full-stack web applications (React, REST APIs, databases)
  • Automation and data synchronization between systems
  • Internal tools and developer utilities
  • Hardware-adjacent software (NFC/RFID, device interfaces)
  • Self-hosted and on-prem services, including offline environments

Interests

  • Systems design and performance optimization
  • Developer tooling and internal platforms
  • AI/LLMs, with an emphasis on local and self-hosted setups
  • Electronics, embedded devices, and maker projects

I value clear architecture, maintainable code, and solutions that hold up under real operational constraints.
