About

I build software that has to work — not once, but every day, under real load, with real users depending on it.

As Lead Software Engineer, I own architecture decisions, drive engineering standards, review the code that ships, and mentor the people writing it. My work spans the full lifecycle: backend systems, cloud infrastructure, mobile apps, DevOps pipelines, and increasingly, AI/ML integration into production products.

I've shipped across fintech, healthtech, proptech, legal tech, education, and enterprise IT — industries where "it works on my machine" isn't good enough, and downtime has a real cost.

"I know nothing except the fact of my ignorance." — Socrates

Impact

Scale

  • 10,000+ users on a healthcare platform I built
  • 500+ residents served by property management software I delivered
  • 99.9% uptime across enterprise IT infrastructure I support

Outcomes

  • 30% reduction in infrastructure vulnerabilities
  • 40% improvement in property management efficiency
  • 25% increase in website engagement
  • 95% of support incidents resolved within SLA
  • 50+ developers trained and mentored

Engineering Focus

Backend Architecture → API design, distributed systems, service boundaries
Cloud & Infrastructure → AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Web & Mobile → React, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, Kotlin
AI/ML Integration → PyTorch, TensorFlow, applied model evaluation
Reliability → Observability, security, incident response

I care less about what's trendy and more about what holds up: systems that are reliable, secure by design, observable, and built around outcomes a business actually needs.

Mentorship

I spend time outside my own projects helping other engineers get better, and how to actually operate in a production environment.

Strong engineering teams are built through knowledge sharing, honest feedback, and the discipline to keep learning after you already know enough to get by.
