Follow-up from #387 / #388 (Phase A of #386).

Now that new pod profiles are structurally W3C Controlled Identifier documents, we should document this honestly so anyone landing on the project knows:

• What works today — profile shape is LWS-CID-aware; any LWS verifier dereferencing a JSS-served WebID gets a parseable CID document
• What doesn't yet — verificationMethod arrays are empty (Phase B / standalone doctor app populates them), and JSS doesn't yet have a server-side LWS-CID JWT verifier (Profile-to-key linking aligned with LWS 1.0 (FPWDs 2026-04-23) via W3C Controlled Identifiers v1.0 #386 Phase 3)
• How a future LWS verifier would integrate — the kid lookup contract, the cross-document binding via alsoKnownAs for did:nostr, etc.

Scope

1. JSS README

• Add a brief bullet under Features noting LWS / CID v1 profile compatibility (one line, links to the dedicated doc page).

2. New doc: `docs/lws.md` in JSS

• Skeleton page summarising the three-level compatibility model (profile shape ✅ / keys ❌ / verifier ❌)
• Pointers to W3C CID v1 + LWS FPWDs
• Cross-link to the convergence tracker (Profile-to-key linking aligned with LWS 1.0 (FPWDs 2026-04-23) via W3C Controlled Identifiers v1.0 #386), Phase A PR (profile: emit CID v1 controller + prep verificationMethod context (#386 Phase A) #388), and the Phase B / verifier follow-ups

3. Companion docs-site page

• New `docs/features/lws.md` in JavaScriptSolidServer/docs (the Docusaurus site at jss.live)
• Same content shape as PATCH should create resources if they don't exist (Solid spec) #2 but situated in the public docs site, sidebar entry next to authentication.md / nostr.md / e2ee.md
• Will be flagged as stub / evolving — meant to be fleshed out as Phase B and the verifier ship

Acceptance

• JSS README has a one-line bullet about LWS / CID compatibility with a link
• `docs/lws.md` exists in the JSS repo, captures the current state honestly
• `features/lws.md` exists in the docs site, sidebar entry added, deploys clean
• All three entries cross-link to Profile-to-key linking aligned with LWS 1.0 (FPWDs 2026-04-23) via W3C Controlled Identifiers v1.0 #386 (the umbrella tracker) so future readers can find the active design
