Fix PNG Compression

* update /Predictor filter to match the right compression method. * add predictor into createImageInfo in order to persist for smask. * remove TextDecoder from the jsPDFAPI.arrayBufferToBinaryString (seems to give wrong results) resolve parallax#796, fix parallax#753, fix parallax#702
