3. Метод withdraw(String money) класса BankAccount должен делегировать поведение в метод withdraw(BigDecimal money).
4. В методе withdraw(BigDecimal money), если необходимо, используй synchronized.
5. В методе deposit(BigDecimal money), если необходимо, используй synchronized.
