[BUG] JSQLParser 5.3: ALL : The parse expression seems wrong #2244
Always check against the Latest SNAPSHOT of JSQLParser and the Syntax Diagram
Failing SQL Feature:
The expression for the analysis becomes InExpression, and the left side of the expression is Column
In the correct expression, the left-hand side should be InExpression and the right-hand side should be EqualsTo
SQL Example:
Simplified Query Example, focusing on the failing feature
select*from`T_DEMO`where a in (1,3,2) or b =2
Software Information:
5.3
ALL
Tips:
Please write in English and avoid Screenshots (as we can't copy and paste content from it). Try your example online with the latest JSQLParser and share the link in the error report.
Do provide Links or References to the specific Grammar and Syntax you are trying to use.
Can you please let us know when you do plan to release this fix? It was reported in May and there is still no fix available and it affects us a lot. When 5.4 release is planned?

Good Morning.
Fix is available since May 2025.
mariuszpala commentedon Oct 6, 2025
But the bug was reported in 5.3 and there is no newer version available?
manticore-projects commentedon Oct 6, 2025
It is open source and you can always compile by yourself or use the SNAPSHOTS from Sonar Central.
mariuszpala commentedon Oct 6, 2025
I understand it, but we are not allowed to use snapshots and just asking when the next official release is planned with that fix. Thank you.

No plans, likely around the end of the year.

The end of the year has come and gone and we're now over a year since this was fixed... any plans for a release yet?
