UX - scroll triggers sort change #2610

Description
Trying to scroll in table data inspector triggers sort change instead of scroll.
Vertical scrollbar: Seems to be about 1px wide, across the whole height of the scrollbar.
Horizontal scrollbar: Seems to be about 1px high, across the whole width of the scrollbar.
The issue is present for a long time, in many previous versions, not sure how far back it goes.
HeidiSQL version and OS
12.21.0.7344, Windows
Database server version
MariaDB
Reproduction recipe
Just try to scroll repeatedly and hit the sweet spot.

Confirmed.
I'm nearly sure this has to be fixed in https://github.com/JAM-Software/Virtual-TreeView/, not in the HeidiSQL code.
Anyway, the v13 preview does not have that issue: https://www.heidisql.com/download.php#preview-windows-v13
