Crash when creating event #2605

Description

Hello,

Happens on both Raspi (aarch64) and Debian x86, and judging by the message, very possibly to all the Lazarus branch.

When attempting to create an event (in the tree, Events, right click, create new, event) an error window pops up:
Exception class: EInvalidOperation
Message: Control "frmEventEditor" has no parent window.
