Column select/deselect and sorting checkbox do nothing on macOS; database name of routine case mixup #2506

Description

The issues reported in previous version prevail....

• Stored Procedures still not visible in Table Tree at Left
• Cannot Select/Deselect All Columns with Checkbox in Data View
• Cannot Sort Columns with Checkbox in Column Selector
• Cannot scroll columns in Data View horizontally with Magic Mouse swipe Left/Right
