Would appreciate complete instructions for getting Gemini / Google Cloud Code to recognize and acknowledge Cloud Project Id.

Somebody needs to create accurate instructions on setting up on Intellij. Spent 2 hours with Gemini help doing this. I dread having to go through this again.
