To run this sample you need Docker for Windows and Container Development Tools in Visual Studio. https://docs.docker.com/desktop/windows/install/
Docker must be set to Linux Container -> Right click the docker icon in the system tray and click "Switch to Linux containers.", if it's set up for Windows.
