  1. chore(Deps): Upgrade Quasar and Vue ecosystem in docs-generator and i18n 

    Update dependencies in `docs-generator/package.json` and `i18n/package.json` to align with modern Quasar v2 and Vue v3/v4 standards. The `docs-generator` package is upgraded from Quasar 1.x (Vue 2) to Quasar 2.19.3 (Vue 3), alongside major version bumps for `mermaid`, `lru-cache`, and ESLint plugins. Similarly, `vue-i18n` in `i18n` is updated from v8 to v11.4.4.

This upgrade resolves compatibility issues with the modern Quasar app extension ecosystem (qactivity, qmarkdown) and ensures access to latest features and security patches in the documentation generation tooling.
