# IRowsetIdentityImpl Class

Implements the OLE DB [IRowsetIdentity](/previous-versions/windows/desktop/ms715913(v=vs.85)) interface, which enables testing for row identity.

## Syntax

```cpp
template <class T, class RowClass = CSimpleRow>
class ATL_NO_VTABLE IRowsetIdentityImpl
   : public IRowsetIdentity
```

### Parameters

*T*<br/>
A class derived from `IRowsetIdentityImpl`.

*RowClass*<br/>
The storage unit for the `HROW`.

Compares two row handles to see if they refer to the same row.

### Syntax

```cpp
STDMETHOD(IsSameRow )(HROW hThisRow,
   HROW hThatRow);
```

### Remarks

To compare row handles, this method casts the `HROW` handles to `RowClass` members and calls `memcmp` on the pointers.
