Role dispatch over owned GPU hosts, two-stage reviewed launch, fresh finite
rental window pricing, indexed transport, auditor/replay and public API
changes, beacon pairing cache, with their direct regression tests.

Archival record of the exact signed source used by the e2e run; main
receives the reconciled version through the delivery PR. Known differences
fixed only on the delivery branch: network_qualification compare loop
variable (mypy), real_adapter fixture lacking runtime.profile, and tests
loading job-workspace helpers from .e2e/ (shipped under scripts/ there).
Job workspace (.e2e/), reports and credentials are not included.
