将 python-office 库的所有方法封装为独立的 Skill（技能），
每个 Skill 都是一个独立的子目录，可以单独调用。
每个 Skill 都可以单独导入和调用：

每个 Skill 目录下都有 SKILL.md 文件，详细说明该 Skill 的参数、返回值和使用示例。
⚠️ 暂无可用 Skill
office/api/email.py 中所有方法（send_email、receive_email 等）目前都已被注释，
没有可对外暴露的函数，因此暂未封装 Skill。
