[Feature]: Status bar countdown Time Format #74

What problem would this solve?

Current time format in the reset countdown status bar is in decimal number. (example 3.2h | 6.8d)
can we have the option to showed as "3h 11m and 6d 19h" as in the popup/hover info window?
and another option is to show the actual hour and date as the user computer (18:20 and 2026-07-22)

Proposed solution

the idea is to add option for time format in the settings > Quota: show reset countdown :
Hour (Decimal, Hour Minutes, Local Time), Day (Decimal, Day Hour, Date)
