Usage percentage doesn't show on first open

Sometimes I only see the cost in the status bar and the usage is not showing. I think this only happens the first time I open VSCode and then after that it shows the next time I open the app. Does this happen to you as well or maybe it's just on my computer?

Fixed in v2.0.2: the status bar shows a loading state immediately and the quota fetch no longer blocks the local figures, so usage appears on first open.
