Looks like RTD isn't building pull requests. I suspect there's an issue with the webhook, but I don't think I have sufficient GitHub permissions to change that. I'll follow up in a separate issue. https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pull-requests.html#troubleshooting |

I also changed the Read The Docs web settings to use
maininstead ofmaster, and to build pull requests.
