This brings Click in line with the style the rest of the projects have moved to. There are more open PRs here than the other projects had at the time, but I think it's more beneficial at this point to get this standardized rather than continue to defer it. Many PRs already have merge conflicts that need to be resolved, and most PRs should be fairly easy to update.

Install pre-commit locally to automatically run the following checks on commit:

• pyupgrade
• reorder-python-imports
• black
• flake8, flake8-bugbear, flake8-implicit-str-concat
• pre-commit general hooks
