There are several URLs that reference code.google.com in the repo.
Could you replace all of them with https://github.com/mybatis/old-google-code-issues/issues/ please?
The issue numbers are the same. i.e.

• Old URL : http://code.google.com/p/mybatis/issues/detail?id=291
• New URL : https://github.com/mybatis/old-google-code-issues/issues/291
