Full rating for Dropbox. No glitches or quality loss. Dropbox is perfect for saving files pictures sharing of files and pictures. Pdf. Gif. Jpeg. Videos. Anything. Dropbox is best and most reliable. Dropbox is by far extremely user friendly even for old people (I am going for 60years of age) Dropbox is much better than any other Post Box or Virtual Post Office.
Worst experience ever
regret buying this
I wanted to use Dropbox to transfer files from an old laptop to my iPad so I downloaded the app and purchased a plus subscription (which was confirmed by the money coming off my banking app and getting a subscription confirmation from apple) but Dropbox won’t reflect my purchase and when I try repurchase it or restore my previous purchases the app goes into a never ending loading screen. I’ve tried for multiple hours today to get assistance with this speaking to 3 different people from Dropbox all of them unable to help me and I’m just left without my money or a working subscription. I would highly recommend never using Dropbox because should you have any issues their customer support is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I am struggling at 69, learning all the ins and outs on DB. I should visit it more frequently to keep up with changes. On my previous laptop I had DB as a folder in my File stag and I could drag and drop files there. Now I have to upload files. Easy, but something new to learn.Well, now I am 70.Nothing is getting easier, except for using my iPhone for almost everything.I just love to finally have sentimental pictures stored in a safe place but what happens when I die? Will my children be able to view them one day? I have to describe each picture somehow.
Developer Response
Hi there, thanks for taking the time to review our app. Regarding the desktop app, if you still have it installed, you should be able to drag and drop in the folder. If you're only using the mobile app, then you will need to indeed upload files manually. Other than that, we'd like to mention that if you have any questions at all, you can always reach us by posting on our community https://www.dropboxforum.com/, or contacting our team on X at @DropboxSupport or Facebook at facebook.com/Dropbox. We'll be happy to help in any way we can there. Thanks!
We release updates regularly and are always looking for ways to make the app better. If you have any feedback or run into issues, come find us in our forums. We’re happy to help!
