I’ve beaten this game so many times, never paid a dime. Great game to pass the time…you’ll learn as you play not to be so eager to jump to the next level. The secret is to collect as much as you can in the prior beaten level to max out gear and weapons, then when you advance to the next level with more stuff, it’s easy game play. And watch the ADS every now and then…once you beat the game a few times, they literally disappear or just turn off the Wi-Fi… my only complaint with the game, it’s been months since a new level….level 10 kinda sucked, helpers are useless, 9 is fun, 8 and 7 are the longest and trickiest (8 has a hidden glitch that is awesome, you must understand how games are designed to take advantage Hint: invisible walls), 6 and 5 you must watch ads just to collect enough…etc. etc. on lower levels.

This game has been a generally fun diversion for some time but, since the recent update, it’s just tedious. First of all, I’m annoyed that the update cost me all of the progress I made. Suddenly I was in one of the later levels (difficulty set to hard), and the only weapon I had was a pistol that did 1 damage, trying to kill a dozen walkers with hundreds, if not thousands of hit points. I had to delete the game and start over.What makes it really tedious now is the unfortunate change they made to the weapon upgrade. It’s now capped from one level to the next. That makes the game really tedious because each level has a point when you have to collect some ungodly number of orange bricks or green tubes or blue rings or pink disks that you need to open a door and access a new area that is necessary to advance. (It really is a ridiculous number, especially when it isn’t actually blue rings that you need, but green gears, which you make out of blue rings— except you need 5 blue rings to make each green gear. Not a big deal until you have to have 100,000 green gears and each room full of walkers drops maybe a few hundred blue rings at a time.) Like I said: tedious. The saving grace was that you could upgrade your weapon along the way, allowing you go to through them faster each time. Not any more. There is very little benefit to the task now. I’ll check back periodically to see if they change the weapon upgrade again, but it has stopped being fun and became just tedious for now.

Nothing about the game makes you want to spend money. Going through the game the first time you receive a sword, once you purchase all the upgrades to the sword through each walk through it will carry you to the last level to which on the last level you will have several trillion points/cash to upgrade all your helmets and weapons at once. Was hoping for different league tiers it would offer new skins and mask but it doesn’t. Your home base just takes time to level up. After you complete the game once or twice and loop back it’s just rinse and repeat, no new levels and if you just collect resources before moving to the next you complete each level a little faster. Levels don’t get harder. You just have to collect more resources to finish each level making it very boring. Game needs new levels, weapons, skins, helmets or something to keep it entertaining. Even the room rush I think your playing against bots I win it every time, and the leagues you never move past 51-49 place and there is nothing exciting about jumping a higher tier..within the first couple hours of playing the game you are among the top 10%. Game just really is stale shortly after playing, a good refreshment and actually working towards something would be cool.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple weeks now and I was really enjoying it. But then I started experiencing bugs. When I died I’d go back t my tombstone and it would say 50 gems to claim all my resources but nothing happened when I tapped on it. Even when I tapped on claim half the resources, nothing. But whatever I kept playing having fun. Then I accidentally walked I front of a laser and almost died. I walked away from the laser but I kept taking damage even though I was in a different room. I died from taking damage from nothing. Used gems to keep my perks, and when I came back to life I instantly started taking damage again in a SAFE ZONE. I died again and used gems again to keep my perks. Came back to life and immediately started taking damage again. I force closed the game reopened it and was still taking damage so I chose to come back to life without the perks. Then fought my way back to my tombstone and again couldn’t get my resources back. So I thought if I uninstalled and reinstalled the game that might fix things but all that did was make me lose my progress and I lost the no add bundle I purchased. So now I have no desire to play this game anymore. But it was fun up until then.
