Patty Pursuit was already an outstanding game, the partners, the transformations, the areas, the bosses, the GAMEPLAY, and with a bit more Plankton, a little more references, and a little more features from the games of my favorite red plumber (Mario) into a game about my favorite yellow sponge (SpongeBob) equals this also outstanding game. Even though it was a bit short and since I got it the day it came out, it was quite buggy, I still had a really fun time playing it and therefore the Patty Pursuit games fall into a tie for my favorite SpongeBob games ever. Thank you Nickelodeon and Apple Arcade for making the two games, have a great time with the next game involving the best sponge in the sea, and have a great day.
Such a letdown
Kind of a letdown
Such a letdown after the great first game. The graphics are great but the level design is pretty meh. There are some good ideas here and there but nothing like some of the great levels in the first game. And the lame and easy boss levels—ugh. The gameplay is just too simplistic and easy especially the Plankton areas. Switching from a runner to a side scrolling platformer makes the game just to simple. The music is good and fun at first and performed well but then you realize it’s the same pretty much every level. The voice acting is great of course but it’s so repetitive and underutilized and poorly synchronized with the animation. It’s a diversion for a couple of hours but it’s so underdone. It seems more like a prototype the devs were forced to get out rather than a completed game. I mean the line after line of managers and directors at the beginning of the credits probably explains it all.
I think this is a very fun game.

This game is fun, however I enjoyed the first one better, it was much longer and more challenging. But I did really enjoy playing the levels over and over again trying to get the highest score possible to climb the leaderboards. This game was too short in my opinion, I beat it in about 3 hours, and the boss fights were boring, easy, and they were all pretty much the same. But overall I really liked this game.
Haha, so fun!

I love this game. It’s taken a little while to get used to maneuvering around because it’s not what I’m used to, but that isn’t a bad thing at all. Someone else said this game was kind of like old school Mario Bros and honestly that’s a pretty good example. The graphics and color schemes are beautiful and it’s seamless, no disjointed screens or weird glitches going from one “room/area” to the next. It’s just a super great game and you need to play it, what have you got to lose? Nothing lol
