You can download the mobile application for free. Premium membership offers with unlimited access to all content are available. You can start your subscription through the mobile application via the Appstore or on the kitup.net website. Your subscription will be renewed unless canceled, and you can cancel your subscription at any time from where you initiated the subscription. Canceling your subscription means turning off automatic renewal. However, you will continue to have access to all subscription features for the remaining duration of the current period.

First, this app circumvents Apple’s rules by processing payments outside the App Store. When you tap “Subscribe,” it redirects you to a shady external website to collect your payment. This violates Apple’s policies and is a huge red flag.Second, the app itself is extremely poor quality. The audiobooks are read with a terrible accent, words are mispronounced, and the intonation is all wrong — it sounds like a drunk voice actor generated by cheap AI. Sometimes, the language randomly switches mid-sentence — I was listening in English and suddenly heard French.I used the app for a couple of days, realized it was garbage, and contacted support to request a refund and cancel the subscription. Instead of real help, I received automated responses telling me to reinstall the app, etc. No names, no accountability — just generic copy-paste replies from bots.This is a textbook example of a scam. I’ve filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and also reported the app to Apple for violating App Store rules.Stay away from this fraudulent app.

Content and cancelation

I subscribed the KitUp for 6 months. I couldn't use it because the number of books was very few and the content was very weak. After 6 months, they renewed the membership without any notification and charged my credit card. I noticed the situation 2 days later and canceled the membership. However, they did not refund the amount they charged. I paid 6 months for an application whose membership I canceled and did not use. Never become a member of this application.

Beware – Hidden Subscription & No Refunds!

I used the kitUP app for about 1-2 weeks and thought I had canceled it, but later found out they were still charging me. Unlike regular Apple subscriptions, their subscription is hidden, making it difficult to cancel. You have to go through multiple steps just to stop the charges, and worst of all, they refuse to reimburse you for any unused time. Feels like a scam – avoid at all costs!
