Thank you for providing a service for secure emails and law enforcement agencies. I appreciate all the wonderful things that computers have been able to do for the Authorities and Simple Government programs to help understand and study many important aspects of the Government’s cybersecurity. I’m not a very smart person when it comes to computers and for the longest I got so nervous when losing passwords or because of ex boyfriend’s complicated my life. I appreciate all the hard work your able to do and if there’s anything that I can do to help please feel free to let me know. My Uncle was a very smart man working years for IBM . I’ve worked with Law enforcement and loved everything about it even when I was in the wrong . I’ve felt like others had learned of my work with authorities and scared me for a long time. I pray you can protect the men and woman in authorities and law enforcement agencies so their protected as much as they protect us! Thank you a very special prayer for your success! And again anything I can help with freely I would love to . I’ve not accomplished much in life but trauma and wrecks that held me back . That and addictions that lead me from traumas to that lifestyle. I believe in DEA and working with them had been the only thing I considered a successful path despite my loss in my own life in addiction. They especially the district attorney taught me to stand up for myself. Everyday I think of them! Also the ones that protected me in my lifestyle of addiction and toxic behaviors I’m overcoming truly ! Just a thank you to the men and women who truly matter to me! Using my head everyday forgiving myself and making sure my extended family you can say is protected too! Please TAKE MY THANK YOU SERIOUSLY I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!
Needs to change and add updates.
sorry Netflix I had to
Hi I am an old gmail user. I have been using it for years. I am a person who gets a lot of junk spam emails and its very very frustrating. I do not blame gmail for this but I have to say whenever I block junk spam email adresses they can still email me and it just goes to spam now this is a problem. I want to be able to block the spam junk makl adresses without them being able to email me still, I would love if the developers made it so whenever a gmail user blocks a junk spammer email adress that the gmail user will not receive any of the emails that the junk spammer email sent to them once they have been blocked. Its irritating my spam gets filled up everyday I get at least 500 spam emails from useless spam junk people who have nothing better to do then sit behind the screen all day trying to trick innocent people. I understand it is not gmails fault for junk email but I feel they could update gmail so you dont receieve junk email from people you blocked like at all even in the spam. Another thing, I would love to be able to change my email address name I do not want to make a whole new email but I want to be able to change the email adress like the name and etc. People tell me if I dont want junk mail I need to change my email adress name but I cant, it doesnt work. I wont need to change my email adress if the gmail developers made it so blocked email adresses cant email you at all and you wont recieve it even in spam. Sorry for a long critical review but something needs to be done about these spam emails. Overall I love gmail other than these problems…

I use this app heavily for personal and work emails. I noticed that when I was added to an event (business meeting) on Google calendar, my client’s profile pic was displayed, but mine was not. I think this is an overall gmail thing and not just the app, but I believe it didn’t want to show my profile picture to anyone outside of my paid business gmail network. Anyway, I thought that was frustrating because my profile pic is actually my business logo and I want it to look as professional as possible. I really hope the developers can look into this and create a setting to allow permissions to show my profile pic to outside email accounts.Additionally, the other thing I noticed was that the Gmail mobile signature section is just a plain text field. My business signature is a png and the settings in the Gmail app do not give users the opportunity to upload a png or jpg as a signature. I think it looks incredibly tacky and unprofessional when the signature in mobile is in plain text. It feels really antiquated when it could be so much better —and I’m sure you know that A LOT of your users use the app for business emails. Another alternative suggestion would be to carry the gmail signature settings from web and have it carry over into the gmail app so we don’t have to change anything… it just automatically is inserted to the email body whenever we are responding or composing an email.Hope your team can roll this simple stuff out so we can really enjoy the benefits of the app. I’m already a paid Gmail user, so it’s something I’d like to already be included for the app. Thank you!

The fact that I’ve gone out of my way to review an email app should say something. Why on earth can you not select all to delete mass emails through the app? It’s infuriating. I am rarely on my own desktop or laptop at home. I spend most of my online time at the office. And for some ridiculous reason, my company is extremely paranoid about gmail and has it completely blocked. Thus, I cannot log into my personal email through my work computer. I can only use my phone. But can I quickly select multiple/all emails in my junk folders to delete them at once through the app? No, I cannot. I have to select each one individually, which takes roughly a million years. Because I, like I’m sure a lot of people who have been using the same email since they were a teenager, have thousands upon thousands of junk emails sent to me every hour. So, to quickly and efficiently clean and organize my inbox, I must log into my email on my desktop at home in the evenings while my toddler is screaming at me. But do I do that? Of course not. Who thinks of cleaning their over-cluttered email inbox with their very limited evening free time. So of course, my millions of emails stack in my inbox for months until I can’t take it and eventually attempt to clean it all out, which takes hours, and I inevitably give up, and thus the cycle repeats. For the love of God, Google. Please add a feature so we can select all in the app and save my sanity.
