I love this game! I really do. However, I had a purchase issue where I spent money on coins and the coins disappeared out of my game and the level was lost after purchasing coins for “add time”. The board reset. I emailed support and was met with a man named Chad who advised me on only sending one message instead of two. But his message was a ramble about sending exactly one message. They did not refund me, they did not give me my coins back, and the emailing experience wasn’t helpful at all. So I not only lost money to a game, I also got met with a condescending man who doesn’t seem to grasp that I lost money to a game and it wasn’t even my fault. Still love the game but they need to actually make things right with players who are spending the cash to play. I’d understand if it was something I purposefully did and lost the coins-then that’s on me. But this wasn’t my fault. I clicked add time and the board reset and took the 100 coins I just purchased. I just want my money back or my coins. So be weary when purchasing on this game. The emailing support team is very unhelpful, or at least the man I had to deal with was. Looking forward to hearing a response.
