My experience with this app has been disappointing after so many years of use. When I subscribed to the Premium trial, I agreed, but after a month, I forgot to uncheck the option for further subscription, and $64 were charged without warning, in my opinion. I contacted Apple's refund service immediately the next day after the charge because I didn't plan to use the paid subscription, but they refused the refund. I didn't understand the reason for the refund denial since I hadn't used this service yet and immediately submitted a request for a refund. I am very disappointed.

First, as soon as you sigh in this network, you will be offered from all sides to try the free period of a premium account. These offers pop up so often that you might end up signing up for the free trial by accident! If you agree, then be prepared for the fact that when you sleep, $169 will be withdrawn from your account without a single notification. It is very unpleasant to wake up in the morning and find that such a considerable amount has been debited from your account without asking. In this way LinkedIn makes money from people who accidentally forget to cancel their subscription. Maybe it makes sense to introduce some kind of pop-up notification about the fact that in a few days money for a subscription will be taken? Or at least ask the user for permission?

The app is really useful. It’s convenient when I need to quickly reply to a recruiter’s request or something.Also, I really like how quickly the development team responds. Here’s an example. About a week ago I wrote a review in which I described a pretty nasty issue with the app which persisted for at least two app updates. I received a response from the dev team pretty quickly and then, boom, in two days another app update was published in which the issue was successfully fixed. Thank you for addressing my feedback so quickly.

Didn’t have much expectation, but moved forward.
