很喜歡遊戲更新的一切，風格漂亮玩起來也很有趣，幾乎所有的東西都買下來了，但發現花錢的東西突然變成免費的讓人有些不愉快，這樣原本花的錢就有一種打水漂的感覺，但還是期待之後能出更多不同風格的屋子衣服

Fun but unstable!

My kids absolutely loves it and I encourage them to play with it cus I find it very educative in the sense that they become quite creative. However, the system is so unstable, it has crashed several times and so frustrating for my kids to keep losing all the work they’ve put in just to see them crumble back to square one. I kids even refreshed the world and in no time it crashed again. By the way I am not using a old iPad or something like that, we’re using and 2021 iPad Pro and still it crashed. We would have given it a 5 star but sorry to say I am only able to give 3 star cus what’s the point of a excellent game that crashes everytime? Honestly we love the cake, we purchased the Mega pack along with other buildings and stuff, that’s how much we love the game, but the crashing and things disappearing is just too much to handle. My kid even cried one day because she spent how’s to build her world but just like that….gone in a flash. We look forward the develops to quickly do something about it.

Fun but unstable!

Weird update issues. Makes everything wiped out!

Dear Toca Boca support team,Hi! I love the game Toca Boca! Where there are insane secrets to find! But something that keeps me frustrated is (not sure if anyone knows but please check it.) Every time when I update Toca Boca, it would always reset my progress. And I MEAN it! Like everything is gone! All the house decorations, secrets from my progress are gone! I’m not sure if I have to link my account, but at first I thought it was just a glitch so I tried turning it on and off on my iPad but everything was still wiped out. I even tried deleting the app and adding the app again but it didn’t work. Plus I even have the newest version of my iPad so I don’t think this was my iPad’s problem. So please fix this issue so it doesn’t happen to me or anyone else! Thanks a bunch!P.S this has happened to me about 2 times! Which makes me feel annoyed.
