I love Shining Nikki so I thought I'd try this out, been playing for 2 days straight. Unfortunately, I play on iPhone and the game seems like any other typical open-world game on phone (due to reduced graphics I think?) due to its bare textures at some places. The atmosphere seems gloomy and the game auto reduces brightness even though I play at max brightness. The details on Nikki's dresses are hence not very clear. So one star off for that. And yes, I'm one of the few people who experience motion sickness when playing games so I try my best to take it slow. But the camera angle always turns too fast, making me feel dizzy despite having all the settings at slow. The extra gloom of the game also makes my headache worse...so I don't really like it much. Maybe the devs can look into providing a crosshair option to help those of us who have motion sickness. Also...it's 1 5* item per 20 pulls (for 10 items per limited banner)...I feel like it's going to be hard to farm/ save 100 pulls just to get half of the items per banner rotation. Especially when I can't even see the details of those limited items/ dresses in game clearly :(
cute, cozy fantasy rpg with its own fair share of issues

hi! it’s one day past launch and i’m here to share with you my thoughts on the game! lore wise: the lore is really cute and you can rly tell that the target audience of this game are the females! the whole concept around the outfits possessing powers is something out of 6 year old men’s dream and i love that for this game!! the cutscenes are also beautifully animated with lifelike and interesting animations for all the characters when their speaking! lore wise, i love the game very much!! 5✨world graphics: the world graphics are amazing and i love the cozy, homely vibe of florawish sm! (i have only made it to florawish so far!) i love it so much there 💗💗 i wish that the game in general could have more contrast between colours though. 4✨mobile playing experience: this is where most of the stars get docked. i’m playing on medium settings, with shadow quality and scene detailing set to low. however, my phone is still overheating immensely and the game is still laggy, with crackly sounds coming from my speaker occasionally. this is an unfortunate 1✨ for the game, as the playing experience is simply laggy and unenjoyable.conclusion: 3✨! i love the game very much still, and will continue to support it 💗 i hope the devs can fix the lagging and overheating and optimise the game for mobile playing further, as they have done it before with love and deepspace (a wonderful job, the game is beautiful on mobile) and i have faith in the dev team! thank you for working so hard to provide us with this experience in the game!! i look forward to seeing all the pretty outfits coming in the future 💗💗
Infinite Nikki Becoming “Infinitely Greedy” — Changing Rules and Raising Pull Limits Without Warning
lmsnikki
As a long-time fan of the Nikki series, I had high hopes for Infinity Nikki, expecting a true blend of open-world exploration and dress-up fun. But since launch, the experience has been increasingly disappointing—and frankly, infuriating. The most frustrating change is the sudden adjustment to the pity system. Originally, a full outfit could be guaranteed within 180 pulls. Now, without any prior notice or explanation, it's been raised to 220 pulls. This kind of stealthy change is completely unacceptable. Where is the promised transparency? Changing the rules mid-way feels like a blatant cash grab, showing zero respect for the player base. Then there's the Miracle Crown event cycle. It used to run every 14 days, but now it's been quietly stretched to over 20 days per cycle, again with no communication. Is this to pad out content gaps or simply to pressure more spending? For a game centered around collecting outfits, poor pacing and unclear updates are a major letdown. We players aren't against monetization—we understand this is a business. But we do expect honesty and respect. I sincerely hope the development team starts listening to its community, or this promising title will lose its shine to greed and mismanagement.
Worthy of the IGN game of the year nomination!

I play lots of cottage-core games and this is by far the best! It’s essentially a very aesthetically pleasing sandbox game centred around dressing up your character and yet there’s a very rich world with accompanying lore which creates a lot of depth and immersion. The mechanics, graphics, storyline and animation are all top tier and the best part is they keep churning out amazing new content with each patch that somehow gets better and better! For those like me who despise microtransactions - don’t fret! The game is very playable even for F2P players and I would say the paid stuff is largely aesthetic.
