Then when I subscribed from my phone, The website really take their time to load. They really take their sweet time. I waited and I thought it was okay because they already deducted my money. Okay okay let’s login to my account. To my surprise, I’m still not a vip member. I contacted shahid. They really hard to contact. Whether its from the phone, email, twitter, or Whatsapp. I was really excited to watch so I dm-ed from Instagram but THEY keep ignoring me. They replied when I’m starting leave a comment and said I should contact from email and call them for better assistance. WELL I TRIED. 2,3 days later the call center replied to my messages from Whatsapp and told me to screenshot the proof. Everything is going well BUT he didn’t give me a solution rather he told me they would contact me later. I know they won’t. Every single day I contacted them and the replies always give me a proof. What’s wrong with you all, I sent you and you will just ignore it?Thank you for such a disappointment. I unsubscribed.
