The application is very beautiful and wonderful. I learned English from it and really developed my language But I lost the account of my friend who was teaching me the language and I haven't found it yet. I tried to search for a way or in the search, but I didn't find it. You should help me or tell me where I can find another account in case I lose it. Everything is good in the application, but if I want to search for a person’s account in the search, how can I do that? .

Hi there! Thanks for loving HelloTalk. We are sorry to hear about losing your friend's account. You can tap the '+' icon at the top-right of your chat list and select 'Add Partner'. You can also search by HelloTalk ID, but if they've disabled this feature, it might be hard to find them. Let us know if you need more help!
Downloading messages problem

I’ll give two star cuz it’s not good as much as other apps you have pretty bad problem in this app i hope you hurry up and fix it ... the problem is downloading an old messages take a lot of time and internet I have a tough time to re-download my old messages if i have been absent for a short while ... and it worked slowly and take a lot of unnecessary internet data ( telegram and Facebook messenger for example it’s better than hello talk when it comes to download a message ) even if i have been absent for long time they’re still downloading my old messages quickly and without loads of data .... try to fix this problem and it will be the one of lovely app around the world

banned (ID Ray_c_h )who was teaching for free

HT banned my friend’s account who was teaching for free, his name is Ray, he’s a host from the UK, his HelloTalk ID is Ray_c_h You are claiming that his account violates the community regulations and gets too many reports from other users. I’ve no idea who could do that because I’m also part of those livestreams and have never seen or heard Raymond violated any rules. And I’ve known Ray for 2 years, people respect him and like his livestreams, he’s always been very helpful. Raymond is the most respectful and welcoming host. And I do believe that people need a host like Ray and a place where they can actually learn, be safe and accepted on their journey of learning a new language! You should really investigate this case because obviously it must’ve been a big mistake.

Time limit for listeners

I used to recommend this app for my friends and who want to learn new language but sadly I can’t recommend it no more , because of the time limit for listeners this app became really bad for me and my friends and the funny part is I wasn’t using it for a long time so today I updated the app to use it “ wish I never did that “ and it’s not even 4h since I started using the voiceroom as a listener the app kicked out the room and told me of the 8h limit !! Like bruh this is not cool at least let 8h pass and I will understand but what happened got me really mad that I deleted my account and the app itself, hope u fix this problem for future users otherwise I don’t think anyone who can’t afford this app would use it ☹️

Unfortunately, the Voice Room service uses a third-party service provider and requires payment. At present, the function is almost fully open to the outside world.
