Really love the AI on this app! It recognized my son’s face since he was 5 months old until he became 6 years old and put all his pictures in one place! Sharing family photos now is seamless. One my wife take a photo of our son, it automatically appears in my photos!And no need now to go for the extra storage on phones just to store your photos. You can go with a smaller and cheaper storage and store your photos for free on the cloud.
Highly recommend it but just need one security feature

Using this for 7 years and thanks google for helping me save and keeping my all memories and memes and much other useful and memorable stuff. But it lacks security. Many apps on ios now allows you to facelock app and when you want to open it you can just open by face unlock or passcode. But unfortunately since many small level apps made this possible but google photos still lacks this useful feature as some time colleague or kids take the cellphone and they can check personal photos which they are not supposed to.

I am trying to avoid downloading Google apps as much as possible. My main concern is that logging into one app automatically signs me into all other Google applications. This creates a serious problem for my privacy and my trust in the platform.Furthermore, when I am using one application, I want to focus on just that one, not all the others at the same time. If Google truly prioritizes its customers, it should provide an option to remain signed out of any applications that are not currently in use. Right now, it feels like revenue is more important to Google than the user's peace of mind.I sincerely hope this issue becomes a top priority. Because of the way things are, I feel I have no choice but to find a way to stop this. I am thinking of deleting all Google apps and only using a web browser instead. This would allow me to log in and out easily whenever I want, without the unnecessary hassle from Google.

All in all the app is great and very useful. However, I have two issues. First one is that I hope that in the next update, I can sync my albums from my phone to the app. Therefore everything is in the way I organized it. Second issue is that the facial recognition for the “People” albums is, sorry to say, horrid. There is hardly any consistency with the sorting and I often find photos that do not include humans or pets at all. Please work on and fix this issue ASAP.
