I LOVE ALL THE UPDATES AND THE GRAPHIC AND HOW IT WORKS! SUCH AN AMAZING GAME! Buuuuut…. i was always waiting the new updates for this (lovely) game, and i was so surprised to see the photos on pinterest about the new update, and so i looked for it on my game, and surprise!! I SAW THE NEW GLOSSY PACK!!!! i literally fell in love with it, but i saw that i must update the whole game, so i did it. (LONG WAIT). “omg!!! lets buy the new pack!!!!!!💗✨💅” so, i put my birth date in that, i waited 1 second and then it shwoed me that: OOPS!!! that didnt go ThRoUgH. pLeAsE TrY aGaIn. like gurl, YOU CRUSTY MUSTY DUSTY OOMPA LOOMPA LET ME BUY THAT THING!!!!!! i was so excited about that, AND NOW ITS NOT LETTING TO BUY IT???????????? ok, please, let. me. BUY. IT!!!!!!! please answer as quickly as possible bc im too exited to buy that!

Hello, I cannot give you a five star rating as this just happened. I decided to play Toca world again as I didn’t play it for a week, when I went to get my gifts, all of the decorations I put in there were gone. LIKE EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN THERE, ALL OF THE GIFTS YOU GIVE EVERY FRIDAY TO PLAYERS!!!!! And, all of the stuff from every. single. house. was gone. I am horrified, not only bc of that, but also that since all of the clothes from the gifts we get DISAPPEARED!!!! I even refreshed my iPad, when I went back, all of the clothes my characters were wearing were GONE. Their clothes said “adios” and were ALL WEARING THE DEFAULT CLOTHING. Please fix this if you know how, it’s an emergency!! Because I lost every clothes and gifts from Toca World. I hope you understand and may even reply to my review. But one more thing, why on earth when I try to buy something it tells me it won’t work and after an hour of trying, it finally works. You have to fix this bug, I’ve seen other reviews with this particular problem.EDIT!!!: I have checked out the website you replied to me! I have filled out everything that had to be filled in. I hope you respond so I know you saw that I checked out the website!!

I was so exited to buy the new house because it seemed really cool, but after i finished editiong the house, i went to the mall just so i can take something that i forgot to put in my hew home. Everithing was doing great until i wanted to enter the house. The game just kicked me every time i tried to enter. And i ve tried multiple times before putting this bad recenzion on your app, but nothing different happend. I even tried to change the house just because i tought it was something wrong about that house and i stood positive, and then the same thing happend! What i m trying to say is that i spend a lot of money in this game and this time was just a massive mistake! Fix the bugs, toca life world, or i m going to give you more bad recenzions about much worser problems that i had but i didn t wanted to hurt you guys. But this is the last chance that you have to fix the bugs and make sure everything is okay before putting it into the store
