As a new player who joined 4 days ago, i already spend 100 euro in skins and achieved ELITE in competitive, these are the things the game needs RIGHT NOW; balanced matchmacking system, mobile players to mobile and not mixed with emulator players, add anti cheat, fix servers to reduce latency, fix hitbox sometimes bullets feels like they dont register, add more report options such as verbal abuse, leaving and smurfing, add trade option between players, if a player quite during the warm up we still spend 2 minutes in vain (make those matches invalid), add a thing so we can name our weapons, make other maps more playable in competitive( only sandstorn is played by many), make something to play only with players who choose to use microphone, i want my weapon in left hand.. thats all for the moment. The game is very good. The best mobile game i have ever played. But there is just one problem since the Christmas update. My friend list is empty. And if i try to add a friend the request is invisible. You cant tap on the request because it isnt there. I hope u could solve this proble cause i cant play with my friends!!!

I asked to be given access to the game for two months because I got banned for I don't know why, people who should look at the access request don't look, we are constantly reporting hackers that we find at allies or competitive but no one reports, this game is full of hackers, the game is very fun when we don’t have hackers but in this year i fell you are making only updates at battle pass and new ugly game modes, i love this game but is very trash at this moment
