From a few days I’ve been having the seen problem. The person I’m talking to on messenger, if he/she sees the message the moment I send them and incase they do not reply, my messenger shows that the message still has not been seen. And after a few hours like after 11 hours for example it shows that the message was seen ‘11 hours ago’ please fix this. And secondly, whenever I send screenshots or screen recording/ any videos they get sent in very low poor quality. Please fix this issue too!!
Add “Delete Multiple Chats” Feature

Facebook Messenger is a great platform for communication, offering seamless messaging, voice, and video calls. However, one major drawback is the lack of a “Delete Multiple Chats” option.Currently, users have to delete conversations one by one, which is time-consuming and frustrating, especially for those managing numerous chats. A bulk delete feature would greatly improve user experience by allowing faster chat clean-up and better privacy management.Meta should consider adding this option to make Messenger more efficient and user-friendly. Until then, managing old messages remains a tedious task. 3/5 stars until this feature is added.

Your app is doing good and hope it does same in the future. Meanwhile, a very notable and important feature which you need to introduce to messenger is: The Finger print app lock. The same feature given by Whatsapp (your most famous subsidiary). Most wanted feature by almost all the messenger’s users. Make it happen n it will help you with more good reviews. The second thing is messenger keep logging me out whenever i change my phone’s network(from WiFi to Sim Data), kindly look into it too. Anyway, thankyou for providing such an outstanding and performance-wise good messaging application.
Excellent communication app

I have been in love with the Messenger app since I started using it. It allows you to keep your very old conversations and photos sent through the app. If you want to save your pictures for a lifetime, use Messenger to send them to your friends or family members; you can revisit them even after 10, 20, or even 40-50 years. Another advantage I must mention is that it doesn't take up as much space as other apps like WhatsApp or similar communication platforms. Thank you, Meta and the Meta team!
