Issue with the apps

I’ve had the Canva app for about four years now and I love the ease of it but lately, when I want to use the apps on the app (transform images to be precise) to create designs, it keeps telling me to refresh page to get a “new and better version” but after refreshing nothing changes Please look into this and work on it. Enjoy your four stars for now. I’ll give the last star when my issue is resolved.

Canva has been an amazing app. I’ve been using it since 2020 and I haven’t had any problems with it. It has a great collection of design tools. I even took a class to be able to use the app to the full.I just updated my app yesterday or so, and the replace button (to add a picture to a blank page or to replace an existing picture) isn’t showing up. It keeps saying we can’t load the menu. All the buttons on the bottom of the screen are gone. Only colors, layers and more are showing up when I tap on a blank page. When I try to edit a design, the replace button just doesn’t show. Please help as I haven’t been able to create anything and I have clients who are requesting for graphics, and I also need to create graphics for myself. I have switched to Adobe Express and it’s working perfectly, but I prefer Canva. If this isn’t fixed I’ll have to switch to Adobe Express permanently, and I don’t want to. Please downgrade the app or fix this bug.

Apps’s great but something is wrong

I’ve been using the app for years now and it has been great, but currently there’s a problem. For weeks now I’ve not been able to create a design before whenever you try to create a new design or even click on existing design it’s show “menu not loaded, check network connection “. I know network can be slow where I live but over the week I have to gone to areas that have strong connection yet it says the same thing. It’s currently 1:43am and the network is usually sweet at this time but the app still won’t work. Mind you I’m not the only one experiencing it in Nigeria. Fix it!!
