More searching filters option & free return couriers

Shopee is my most favourite app to shop ever since I downloaded it. Believe me when I said I scrolled through Shopee every single day even when I have nothing to buy in mind. The cheaper price compared to others and the free shipping voucher is hard for me to resist!However, it would be great if this app can add more filters option like the colour of the product or the length of the clothing (e.g. skirt length, sleeve length). This would definitely help my searching experience much better and faster.Another thing that I would like to suggest is regarding the refund & return process. I know that Shopee is providing customers with free return using Poslaju but it would be great if you can add other couriers like J&T , DHL , Ninja Van or even through Grab Delivery where the rider will pick up the item and return it to the nearest Shopee hub/shipping courier for free. Trust me, this will be really helpful during this pandemic where we are required to limit our movement by staying at home. I demand a free return here because it is not the customers' fault that we received a damaged/wrong product. We paid for the correct item and we want what we paid for. That's all that I can think of for now, thank you! :)

I’ve been using Shopee for awhile now. It’s not difficult to use even for new users. As a consumer I would like to suggest others when it comes to buying products, be sure to read reviews from other consumers and compare the same products that sells in different shop within the apps to get a better deal on the pricing. The amount of products that was sold, need to be taken in consideration to avoid being scammed or received the wrong products. The more product that are sold the better it is for the consumers. Other than that, Shopee also have features like “coins back” and “earn coins” for consumer to use coins or gain coins by purchasing products or reviewing products. So needless to say I can save a lot of money not only from free shipping (T&C) and promotions but also from the coins you’ve earn could be use to deduct a few $$ off your total purchase. Note that if products received are dented or damaged it is due to the unintended lack of care from courier or the lack of secure packaging from the seller itself. Though some could be solve by informing the seller upon the issues. Overall I’m satisfied.

At first, I really enjoyed using Shopee for online shopping, but over the past few years, my satisfaction has dwindled. Previously, Shopee offered plenty of free shipping vouchers that almost covered the entire shipping fee. However, these vouchers are now limited, often applicable only to specific products, and fail to fully offset shipping costs. Additionally, Shopee will randomly choose courier services for seller before, but from my order history mostly are J&T Express, initially satisfactory but gradually declining in quality J&T Express. Disappointingly, Shopee rarely switches to alternative courier services. Maybe Maybe there is some unknown cooperative relationship between Shopee and J&T Express? Recently, Shopee finally change the courier service to Shopee Express. BUT, since the shift to Shopee Express, the situation has worsened! Shopee Express exhibits slow service and an unreliable tracking system. Once the parcel reaches Sarawak and is handed over to the next logistics partner, my parcel it seemingly disappears from tracking system, only will update after I received the parcel, leaving one frustrated. Moreover, I'm puzzled as to why parcels from overseas sellers, especially China, arrive faster than those from West Malaysia. Is China somehow closer to East Malaysia than West Malaysia? Parcels from West Malaysia always seem to take a detour around half the globe before reaching East Malaysia. I sincerely hope Shopee addresses these issues!

App is very good. But the return and refund policy are lousy!! I requested for refund with SOLID PROVE(msg with the seller, she admin the missing item), but my refund got rejected. Seller missed an item in my order. She said she will replenish me when I order again next time. I saw that a lot in many reviews of Missing item & replenish! That is how they trick you to shop again!! To spend more on the store! How can you miss an item?! U should double check triple check b4 post. seller don’t need license can start selling online. there are no law enforcement. they can do what they like. I so disappointed i need to reorder to get what I supposed to get it already. It took so long to solve my problem , they investigate my case but still need picture of the front of the parcel(i throws away ord) I withdraw my refund request n just wait for her replenish! ☹️ if she didn’t replenish me.. I really have no more word! Speechless 😶 at 1st she say she will re-deliver to me. After that, she say ‘Dear, sorry, there is no order now, I can't re-delivery. When you buy any product next time, I will replenish you together, can?’ Speechless 😶 my other item also torn shirt. That also another reason I request refund. So many procedures so hard to get refund. I guess that’s online shopping. You have to risk for it. I have to stitch that whole on the shirt, I have to wait for replenish item where I ordered new product from same store !!! (still worry she does or doesn’t replenish me my item in my new orders)
