MAIBank has improved considerably since the first time I started using the app. They have been extending the number of products which are available directly through the app, making the whole banking experience very pleasent. The only drawback is that you still need to visit a branch to finalize processes such as a new card issuance. And that is oftentimes an annoyance as it is very time consuming.

You get to a point where the app becomes a part of the daily tools that make your life easier. Of course, with time I even forgot that there was a time when I wasn’t using it, when I was handling things differently. But there are moments like this one when I simply appreciate how nice it is to have such a tool.

Are you kidding me with these errors all the time??? I cant make a proper transfer between my accounts without hitting your “An error has occurred” message without any context whatsoever! Because of this, I was late with a payment and it’s completely the bank’s fault! Who taught you how to develop apps like that? Do you realize this is a bank application that should work flawlessly all the time as it deals with people’s money??? I highly recommend avoiding this bank and app if you need something that works properly.

maib is probably the best bank of Moldova, especially when we talk about the app and digital features. The only think I don’t like about the app is receiving promotional push notifications even if I toggled “Other notifications” off. Yes, I wanna keep them on just for transactions and withdrawals but don’t wanna get promo stuff.
