I love this game so much, but for some reason it doesnt save my game progress and deletes half of my stuff when i move it. Its been a major problem for me for a while, and i dont know if its just an issue on my end. Another problem was when it just wouldnt stop being on the loading screen when i left the building. Happens kinda rarely, but its still an issue for me. Characters, naked. Every single clothing item, gone. Want to pick one shirt up? All of it. Deleted.It would be very helpful if this was fixed. Thanks! 😁

Hi there 👋 We're so sorry to hear about this 😔 Unfortunately, a reset is the best way to fix issues like the one you had. You can find the red reset button on the main menu. While your world progress will resets, your purchases, characters, outfits, and gifts will still be there. Please let us know if this helps! ✨Toca Boca✨

Hi, I REALLY love your game I play it like every day and it’s just so fun I can’t stop playing it! But there’s a problem I was building the family house and everything was great, so when it was done I started decorating it. I decorated it with stuff from the post office and other places around the world. I just put everything in boxes and brought it to the house. I unpacked everything but some stuff was missing. Those were electric toothbrushes, face masks🧖🏻♀️, towels and more. I looked EVERYWHERE! I checked the post office, theatre, the shops, cafes and I even looked in places I didn’t visit and what people were holding! But I couldn’t find my stuff. So can you PLEASE help me. I have been looking for it the last two days. Can you please help me. Like maybe I can somehow reset the post office so everything is there? I really hope that you can help me!💕

Hello! I have been playing this game ever since I was like, 8 or 7. A lot of my classmates for this game and they really like it. But could you please not make ALOT of stuff for price? It's not really fair and there are only a few things that are free! So the reason I am writing this is because I wanted to ask you, the Creator if you could make atleast 3 things free. maybe 1 free furniture, 1 free house and the last, your choice! It would really mean a lot if you would make that happen.I have just experienced a bug? My character has went to the theatre and when I went back home, my clothes were gone. but there was just one remaining, and it was the Wednesday one. I'm not sure how they just disappeared.
