I love toca life world because it’s fun and interactive even for a teenager lie me! The new free features and play sets are amazing! I do understand that some people payed for it but that was for early access. The only thing I would like from the developers is another character slot as it would give the opportunity to create a full family with sibling mom and dad! Maybe some people don’t need another character slot, but I think the community will appreciate that! And you did just add a new family home that is way too big for a family of three, or a family of four (including the free babies added a few years ago)! Anyways love the game but it has a few glitches with the characters!

Needs some bug fixes!

I love the game and the packs, but there are few bugs that needs some fixing. What I mean by that: my character’s eyebrows disappear after I put them an emoji, eyebrows appear when the character sits down. Another bug: that the stuff keep disappearing! When my character goes in the editor, I change something and blah blah blah, when I come out of the editor, the stuff my character held or wore disappeared! It always happens and I can’t barely roleplay! I hope these bugs will be fixed soon :)

Hi there 👋 We're so sorry about this! We understand how upsetting this can be 😔 A reset (red button on the main menu) can help fix the issue. While your world progress resets, your purchases, characters and outfits will still be there. This can also get your gifts back to the Post Office shelves. Let us know if you need help! ✨Toca Boca✨

This game is alright, I play it for a while now, but it does need improvements. 1. More free stuff- it’s annoying because I know not everyone can buy items that are in the shop.2. Accounts- I think we should have accounts because when we switch devices, it’s not always possible to move everything to your new device.3. Points and tasks- if you’re not able to make some more stuff free instead you should change all the prices in to specific amounts of points. The points could be earned by completed tasks which we could have a whole new category like the character creator.4. The ability to enter the shop and get free gifts with no WiFi connection- to me it’s annoying when I’m on a long car ride and I want to see if I can play something on my phone, but Toca boca is boring with no WiFi connectionThat’s all for now. ( please take note-it took me a while to type all of this) also one more thing, when I open the gift shop, I don’t have all of the items, ex: I used to have this one beige bag w a green perfume inside and now it’s gone. What to do and please fix this if you can.—- I do reset multiple times but still don’t have items I once had.
