Everything is smooth and easy with the app.

I have never used a more useless, frustrating app. You can not manage your parcels via website because they force you to do it via app, but nothing in the app works. You log in, try to change anything about your parcel, and hit a wall where they ask you to log in to change anything. Do you see the issue? I don’t even care that they log you out pretty much every day and you have to log in again, because you can not achieve anything while logged in anyway. Sorry for the couriers that have to pointlessly drive to you with the parcel and find out last second via call that you wanted to redirect your parcels all along, but were unable to. What a pointless app.

You receive a message that the parcel has reached Lithuania, you understand that you will not be able to receive it in person on those days, you direct it to the parcel machine via the app. On the day of delivery, the courier tries to deliver it in person, does not see that it has been redirected, both parties are left surprised. The app is a heart attack inducing inconvenience, only a part of the information is provided in English - after changing the language, I learned more about the status of the parcel, great UX.

This is one of the worst and most bugged official app I’ve ever used. It keeps asking you to log in to adjust an incoming parcel - even when I’m already logged in. Nothing happens. The desktop version tells you to follow the email link, but it just redirects back to MyDPD page, where nothing works again.
