From past few days, i have been experiencing that my messenger doesn't give any notification of new messages when the phone is idle or other apps are being used. Is it a glitch is the system or is there a way to fix this?

The messenger is a good app, however, below are some issues I hope you would improve: 1- messenger room layout: when there is a group video call in a room with odd number of users (3 or 5 or 7), the last member to join would be appear as a wide rectangular while the other users would appear as squares... it’s very annoying! It would be great to always have a grid of even number (for example if there are 3 users, to have 4 squares: 3 for users and one square blank or showing facebook messenger logo or something) .. this way all users would appear in the same dimensions always.2-delete multiple messages: we can only delete one message at a time, that’s pretty exhausting when I have to delete few messages in a chat, please add the option to select multiple messages and delete them at once.

I have been writing to you on Messenger, on Twitter, sending you mails, not even one reply, your latest update 1.6.3 is blocking everything, I don’t know if a company such as yours may indulge itself into wrong doing, not having event the tact or the curiosity to read customers complaint.Your messenger on Face Book seems blocked also, no help, no reply, no answer from any one al all.It’s a pity. I don’t know where or to whom to report this misdemeanor.Your other customers will read it maybe, I i hope the companies that do publicity through you also. They’l take I am sure the necessary steps, as you surely are loosing customers and their exposure beginning to be next to null.
The New Update

I kinda don’t like the new update, because first of all it doesn’t show if ur message was seen or not seen so if u want to ignore someone u have to literally go to the chat to see if they saw it or not, Second, I can’t make groups anymore, before if ur talking to 1 person and click there profile or whatever and scroll it used to say, “make a group with” or something like that but now it’s gone, Third, I don’t like the new update about the stories, I can’t make stories with just texts I have to put a picture or something and write and how people see my stories, right theres people’s profile on your left bottom corner, tbh I like the old one
We update our app regularly to make it even better for you to easily connect to the people that matter. Update to the latest version to get all the new features and improvements.
