App not working at all - Worst customer service

I have been raising complaint about movie not streaming for over a month and still no one provided a solution. Their customer service people will promise that they will personally take care of the request but they never get back to you. All they do is send automated emails and standard work around which is good for nothing. I spoke to 4 people and emailed about 5 to 6 times and had chat as well and still no one in this company could fix the issue. Over a month I haven't been able to use the subscription and lost money what I paid. Such a pathetic service. If you all have other sources then please don't subscribe to Zee5. It is highly disappointing.

Even after earning money from advertising the app is poorly maintained, buffers a lot, hangs and unresponsive. The recent changes in ada policy is against the will of customers. All plans which exist as adfree area made ad yes and introduced another plan of ad free ₹2099/- Enervation the ads are routine like one in Vedio games or other SM channels. But what’s missing is features like mute, skip ad or blocking unwanted ads. It’s very rude to impose unnecessary ads and wasting our valuable time. We watch drama on OTT is ad free peaceful viewing. Biggest weapon is FF content when boaring or unwanted. Now compulsive watching is killing app and OTT view experience. Now we are made like pawn from king of watching what we like to what to air.Now app became worse with repeated error message of retry. Coming back to view content after break is like hell with plundering ads may be 1,2,3 no one knows. If you double tap by habit no of ads increase depending on your boardome. This is hell experience made me to reduce my using app by 60%. Even one day I may delete the app or launch hashtag movement to stop ads on mobile app.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated - Unacceptable Service!

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with Zee 5's service. Despite having an active subscription valid until August 2024, I am repeatedly prompted to repurchase my subscription. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I have invested my hard-earned money only to be denied the service I paid for. All I can access are trailers, which is outrageous considering my subscription status. The lack of proper customer service and the failure to address such a fundamental issue is a clear indication of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. It's a shame to see a service I once trusted fail so miserably in maintaining its basic functionality and customer support.Unless this issue is resolved immediately and satisfactory compensation is provided, I am left with no choice but to rate Zee 5 with a single star. This experience has been nothing short of a scam, and I caution potential customers to reconsider subscribing to a service that fails to deliver what it promises and takes no responsibility for its shortcomings.
