First time using it after having tried Uber mostly but the App took longer to update and found Lyft from Google Maps and it worked like a breeze and fast App download, getting the cab in few min and all went well, thank you.
Decent service but poor support

Usually cheaper and better than Uber. But the customer service is terrible. They reply to tickets after weeks and it’s usually lazy replies. My credit card doesn’t work on this app and to that complaint they responded on ways to add a credit card. Embarrassing for such a big company. When I explained the issue again they responded with “there is no issue at our end”.

Lyft service is good and I recommend it to everyone who is visiting USA for the first time. The drivers you come across are very informed about the location. Also the LYFT service is available at odd hours of the day. So if your flight lands late you can to sure of getting one and reach safely to your destination.
