So I got tinder 3 to 4 weeks ago I made my profile did evry thing I was swiping and btw I didint pay anything for this and I was swiping I kept seeing the same people over and over and over and over agen their was no cool down for the swiping I could swipe for hours I don’t think my account is coming up for other users cuz I have no likes and even when u first make an account u get a lot of likes by bots but I have none I’ve deleted it signed out did evry thing it still won’t work I would like this fixed as soon as possible

Poor chat feature, lots of bugs, suspicious behavior

It’s probably the best app for dating out there but the chat window is rubish. Many people tend to switch to Whatsapp the moment they get a new match. Not ideal because you need to reveal the phone number and can’t properly report back to Tinder if something happens. To name just a few issues, the chat feature is too minimal, it feels under-developed. One can’t upload a photo/video in case you want to share it in private. Replying to specific messages is also not possible. Finally, sometimes the chat window freezes and I can’t scroll down. It’s so annoying when it happens in the middle of a conversation. I need to close the app and open it again. Then some suspicious behavior that seemed to be designed on purpose. I purchased a pack of super-likes (not cheap) and all of a sudden it was showing me people that were exactly 1km away, not more, not less. We moment we matched they jumped to a few hundred km away. Again and again, very strange! Like it was designed to lure me into spending my credit by chasing ghosts.

Tinder is probably the worst dating app on the market. Constant requests to do video verifications, even though you have already been verified. And every time you get locked out of your account. Constant “let’s check if you’re human” checks. When you try to match with likes received all you get is a “failed to match error”. You receive notifications and emails about a new match received, yet there is no new match when you open the app. Periods where you get loads of new likes, and then long periods with nothing at all. I’ve been told that nearly everybody on Tinder gets shadow banned at some point, which messes up your account. They shadow ban people for swiping left/right too much, which is literally the whole point of the app 😂 Once shadow banned you are pretty much invisible and nothing works the way it should. Whatever you do, do not pay for a subscription. There is no live support, and they do not reply to the email support. Even for subscribers. Garbage and a complete waste of your time and money. It’s the most pointless dating app I’ve ever tried.
