Hi! I really love Genshin Impact and give it 5 stars. It is so great and fun to play. But i have two problems.. First one is that I just came to Inazuma and some things are just black. Like some stone walls and some parts of the sky. It annoys me so could you please tell me how to fix it? The second is that i play on my Ipad and every little while my game crashes which is annoying because it interrupts me in talking with other people, playing with friends on Co-Op and other things… Please tell me how to fix it, thanks!

I have been playing Genshin for over two years already and I’ve been through the era of Sumeru characters getting whitewashed. It’s really bad that the only characters with darker skin in Sumeru were NPC enemies, and their designs are beautiful but it’s bad that only they have darker skin in the game. Now please be respectful to the people whose culture you are taking inspiration from. POC and generally characters with darker skin NEED to be put into the game. I don’t care the studio is from China, if you can do it at least partially in your other games, you can definitely do it in your most popular INTERNATIONAL game where everyone is demanding it, legit just give us the melanin at least if you’re going to stay greedy with the primogems and “gifts”. I wanted to buy more Welkins at least whenever I don’t buy gems, but I will not be giving any more money to a company this disrespectful to its community.

I’ve been a player for 3 years now, pushing 4, and i love this game. It has been my favourite in these years, and no other game grabbed my interest like this. The characters are beautiful and fun, the music is godly and the story is amazing, but as of Naltan, I, like many players have a complaint, and that is regarding the diversity of the character’s skin tones. There are barely any dark skinned characters, which is especially weird considering Natlan is based off countries where people are primarily dark skinned. The cultural references in their clothing is there, but the fact they don’t look like the people they’re supposed to represent makes it all less immersive, not to mention the fact the characters would look better design wise with darker skin. I hope this can be changed and that Hoyoverse characters will get a little more diverse.

The game is great, thats coming from a guy who usually downloads an ios game and plays it for 10 minutes untill I hit one of the many walls mobile gaming has. The dialogues are great, the story is awesome, combat is nice, graphics and 60fps is amazing. It even made me overlook the manga and japanese style of characters that i absolutely hate ( which is pretty much every character ) Reminds me of zelda a bit. Everything about the game is great, though as many other games of this caliber it heats up your phone pretty good.Overall 10/10Really solid game, great work devs.
