you should truly be ashamed! I bought a PRO account in May with the promise of unlimited edits & downloads for 1 year! This program was incredibly useful to me as it helps me in my small business! Not only did the app get worse and glitches all the time BUT you also decided to launch a MAX program that right now only that allows you to have unlimited downloads! Apart from the fact that This program is extremely expensive for a small business , does the company behind the app realise that we all who payed for PRO have now wasted our money ???? Because there is nothing pro about this anymore and while you thought you payed for unlimited downloads suddenly you can download almost nothing !!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED or have at least kept unlimited downloads for all users that bought the PRO program before you launched the max!!!!!!!

I had iPhone 11pro and I buy this app for a year and now not even a month later I change my device to iPhone 13pro. I have the same Apple ID obviously but the app doesn’t work properly because it doesn’t recognize my payment or something like that. If anyone know something please note me. 🙏🏻
