When I enter your application to do a search, I have an accessibility problem with VoiceOver. When the device keyboard is in Greek and then I enter to search in the field where I enter the question, I cannot change the keyboard language to English. It throws me out. To solve the problem, I have to exit your application with the maps and enter any other application to change the keyboard language and then enter your application again so that I can write the text in the search. This problem is experienced by all blind people in Greece and with other iPhone devices. I think that Google always takes care of us blind people and I am saddened to have this problem! This problem did not exist and appeared a long time ago after an update. I would like to inform you that if you want, I will gladly offer to test the accessibility of your application when you upgrade and inform you of any accessibility problems. Thank you and I await the solution.

Best trip advisor ever! You want to go from point A to point B! Your luck has favoured you! You are going to see point C,D,E and most importantly point W. A tour of the whole city, sometimes a full country! it will make you make circles! squares and every possible shape! Also do not forget to have a compass with you , because many times it will tell you to go northwest but you have no idea where west or north is ! But do not worry!!!! A new shape will be born and you can then travel another 3650kms to go on a place which was on the previous corner and you could just do around the square and get there !

While this app works pretty well most of the time and I can’t really complain for a free app, i have to say it’s missing one vital feature and one optional. The first is it doesn’t show the kms of the route once you add stops which would be really helpful. The second is an idea to think of that can help professional drivers of trucks and buses, where you can have multiple profiles of vehicles registered with length, height, width and weight to let you know in which streets you can pass and which not. Sygic trucks has the same features but i think google can do this too maybe on a separate app like google trucks or pro and trust me if you put a low enough price as it would be a pro version most of the professional drivers would be willing to buy this because they are accustomed to the interface already. Food for thought!

This app is a disappointment. Google is trying to make a super app out of maps for some reason. Hello Google, these are maps!!! They are supposed to give directions, nothing more. No "last in area" tabs, who cares about that anyway? Why did you have to reinvent coordinates? What the hell are plus codes? Where does that apply? Right, nowhere, but now I can only get normal coordinates randomly. You bought Waze. You can't integrate google maps bookmarks into it. You can't put coordinates on the store card, now these are "plus codes" (which can't be applied anywhere!!!). You can't teach Waze to recognize the "share" button from google maps. The integrated navigator in google maps is literally the worst navigator I've ever used. But you can't integrate maps with waze. I regard all of this as sheer incompetence of the persons in charge of the navigation direction. They should be fired because their work makes no sense.
